WHAT ARE MY SHOPPING OPTIONS?

We offer three ways of shopping for your convenience. You can either come by our microshop inside St. John Advertising & Promotion to choose from our currently available stock, or order online and have your items show up right on your doorstep. And if you don't like shipping, see the next section for info on our local pickup option.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

We do! Select “Local Pickup” from our shipping options at checkout and we’ll email you within a few days to let you know your order is ready. Your items will be waiting in our microshop at St. John Advertising & Promotion at 8211, 100th Ave, in Fort St. John, BC.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE READY?

Our turnaround time for orders is currently 5-7 days before it’s available for local pickup, or ready to be shipped. If you need your order in a hurry, we can handle requests on a case-by-case basis made to staygrounded@lattitude56.ca

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

When you place an order with us, the items we print are printed just for you - special hey? Unfortunately this also means we're not accepting returns at this point unless we've made a mistake with your order or it is defective. If you think this may be the case, reach out to staygrounded@lattitude56.ca and we'll be happy to work with you.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Need to make a switch? Contact us at staygrounded@lattitude56.ca with the subject line “Item Exchange” within 7 days of delivery. Have your items sent back within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions
You are responsible for the return postage costs. We accept full exchanges when items are returned in their original condition. If you have any additional questions about item exchanges, shoot us a message at staygrounded@lattitude56.ca

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your Lattitude 56 account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to change it if you need to.
